Outsource, a staffing and recruitment firm, was facing two major challenges: their website wasn’t generating business leads, and the manual processing of CVs submitted for job vacancies was inefficient, requiring staff to print and manage CVs individually.

We overhauled the website to serve as both a lead generator and an efficient recruitment tool:

First, we rebuilt the website with strong CTAs that encouraged potential clients to get in touch. We also developed all of the website’s content, using client-provided images for authenticity. The highlight of the redevelopment was a custom CV management system that allowed job seekers to create and manage their profiles directly on the website. Bad candidates could now be blacklisted easily, and high-quality candidates became simpler to track and engage with.
